Reserving a Sponsorship

To reserve a sponsorship, select the event below and complete the simple form to reserve available sponsorships—NO LOGIN REQUIRED. If a sponsorship fills up, join the waiting list for that event. NOTE: All requests are BINDING. If you reserve sponsorships, your company will be responsible for paying all balances per the Billing Process described below. 

All reservations will be time-stamped and allocated in the order the server captures them. 

Billing Process

To streamline sponsorship payment collection and minimize the financial impact of cancellations, we are implementing a new billing policy that includes a non-refundable deposit.

Please remember that you must be an FWAA member at the time of the sponsored event to maintain your sponsorship. Any sponsorship payments will be forfeited if you do not renew your membership after paying for your sponsorship.

Here’s how the new billing policy works:

1. All requested sponsorships will be billed immediately upon your request or auction win. A non-refundable deposit, either 10% or $1,500 (whichever is less) for each sponsorship, will be due within 3 days of receiving your invoice.
   
   
2. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the requested sponsorship can be released and sold to the general membership.
   
   
3. Confirmed sponsors who have paid their deposit will receive an invoice for the remaining balance on or around January 1, 2025. Full payment is due by January 31 unless you contact us to discuss alternative arrangements. Each request will be reviewed individually based on prior payment history.

Important: FWAA will not print, publish, or produce any advertising or event materials until full payment for your sponsorship is received.
